I'll meet my year 9 students for the first time on Thursday, and I'd like to get them more aware of the uses of ICT outside the classroom, and just playing games on the computer. I'd like them to work together as a team, post some of the work they've been doing, and write about what they've learned. I'd also like them to learn to add constructive criticism to each other in the form of comments.
It's a bit of an experiment, but I'm keen to give it a go, although I know that it will involve me in quite a lot of admin and checking that posts and comments are suitable.
We'll see how it goes, I'm looking forward to doing something a bit different.
