HEADINGS ON POSTS

I notice that lots of the headings to the recent posts are very similar - of course you are doing similar work, however, it makes it easier if you try to make them different. That way you can find your own posts far more easily in the list on the right hand side.

Please try to make your post headings clear, descriptive, and different to other posters.

WHAT CAN I POST?

REMINDER - All posts on this blog must be related to your ICT lessons. I have deleted two posts that were about other things.

All students MUST read the guidelines for posting and add a comment to say that they have understood them BEFORE they post anything.

So what can I post?
  • Post completed work that you are pleased with - so that the blog becomes a gallery of good examples of work - clearly mark these as COMPLETE or FINISHED.
  • Post work in progress that you are looking for advice and comments on.

Other ideas

  • Post what you have learned in doing a task. Or problems with something that you have overcome - how did you solve the problem?. Other people can learn from what you have written. When you explain to other people you are helping your own learning.
  • Post about tasks that you enjoyed and why they were interesting.
  • Post your personal targets for ICT - what NC grade are you aiming for by the end of the year? What will you need to be able to achieve that? What software will you need to learn to use? What skills do you need to develop? (examples: reviewing and evaluating your work, awareness of audience,
  • Ask for help or advice on things that you are finding difficult.

Comments

Remember to read other students' posts, and add helpful comments. Let them know if you found something interesting or helpful.
