This will get a good functional skills mark. It is clear, bright and easy to read - you have done what is asked for in the assignment. I like the way that you have kept the background plain, to avoid a clash with the bright colours of the fruits, but have used bright text to match the fruit, and make the poster cheerful and appealing.
You might like to consider whether the text at the bottom should be centred.
Now, I'd like you to have another go at this, but don't stick to the functional skills rules this time - use it as the chance to learn some new graphical techniques in Word or Fireworks.
i like the way you have done the bright writing with a thick black outline, it is very eyecatching. But i think it would have been a bit more eyecatching if you had a background :)
